Project Description

This project provided for the replacement of the existing half diamond interchange at I-90 & Lee Street to accommodate both a widened I-90 and dual left turn lanes at the ramp termini. The engineering scope of work entailed preparing an Interchange Design Study (IDS), conceptual, preliminary, pre-final, final plans, specifications and construction cost estimates for the design reconstruction of the I-90/Lee Street Interchange, including structural design replacement of the Lee Street Bridge over I-90. ABNA’s Surveyors performed a full topographic survey for the design of I-90, the interchange ramps, and the Lee Street Bridge via 3D Laser Scanning technology (LiDAR). This project consists of grading, drainage, ramp reconstruction, utility relocations, signals, lighting, and maintenance of traffic, signage, and related environmental permitting.
