ABNA Principal and Co-Founder Nicole Adewale LEED AP joined a panel discussion yesterday with Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff. The discussion marked Equal Pay Day and covered the topic of gender equality in the workplace.

Nicole joined several other local women who were invited to share their thoughts on gender and racial equality in the workplace. Others participating in the discussion were City of St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson, Director of the Women’s Bureau at the US Department of Labor, Wendy Chu-Hoon, Illinois Home Care Worker, Paralee Gladney-Stewart, Clayco Project Manager, April Austin, and Board Chair of the Metro Trans Umbrella Group, Elaine Brune.
